Object Pronouns
• An object pronoun is a pronoun in the
objective case of a verb or a preposition.

• It’s “The Receiver” or “The Catcher” of


the action.

– The burning potato chip truck amuses
Olivia. The potatoes flying everywhere
amuse her, too.
• In this case her is the object
pronoun. Her replaces Olivia.
