“ What to do when Food
Poisoning arises”
Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, the pupils must be able to;
a. identify what to do when food poisoning arises,
b. share the importance of taking good care of
our body,
c. create a slogan about food poisoning.
Do not eat solid food while nauseous or vomiting.
Sip small, frequent sips of
clear liquids, including
water to stay hydrated
Drink Medicine such as Oral Rehydration Solution
Avoid alcoholic and caffeinated drinks.

Mechanics:
1.The class will be divided into three groups according to the
first letter of their last name.
Group 1 - ( A-H)
Group 2 - ( I-P)
Group 3 - (Q-Z)
2.Each group will select a leader who will use the chat tool to
type their answer.
3. Each group will provide two recommendations when food
poisoning arises.
4.Use the chat tool in answering.
5.I will 5 minutes for this activity.

______1. Do not eat solid food while nauseous or vomiting but
drink plenty of fluids and cereal gruels/porridges.
______2. Drink soft drinks or acidic drinks.
______7. He/she can slowly start eating cereal when the moment
nausea and vomiting have stopped.
______8. Eat junk foods and sweets.
______9. Perform exercises.
______10.Have enough sleep.
Assignment:
Directions: Create a slogan and write it in a ⅛
illustration board about Food Poisoning. Then
picture your slogan and also picture yourself
holding it. Be creative. Submit the link at my
