PHASE-2
INTRODUCTION
• Our Project is about a crossover of estates business with digital technology. As the pandemic has
reduced meetups between client and seller. In this Project we will be digitizing the maps of different
societies, and developing an automated system to digitize any map. For the purpose of digitizing maps,
different image processing algorithms would be used in order to mark proper divisions, and highlight all
the necessary information of the maps.

• These are the following steps by which we will extract the data and process the map into digital form:

• 1. Edge detection algorithm

• 2. Wavelet image processing

• 3. Fourier transform algorithm

• 4. Gaussian blur algorithm

OBJECTIVES
• Our Objective is to resolve the problem of the buyer who wishes
to buy a plot and even for the Estate’s broker who has to show
every sort of available plot, even that matches a little bit to the
buyer’s requirements. Through this digitalized estate, all the
available options would be under one umbrella, and selection
process would be efficient and effective. Time and money would
be saved, and would lead to a positive option for the user.
Scope
• As this project is based on the architecture of mobile/web app development,
it requires a database to store the data. Having all the aspects, it’s a full stack
project which requires knowledge of front and back dev, also a vast
knowledge of mobile app development. The scope of this project is extended
to digitalizing the maps for the user to select properly. The user would not
need to waste time and effort, but with more effectiveness would be able to
select the dream plot for its usage.
