IMPACT

 To explain child labour and its impact on the economy .
 To elaborate child abuse types of child abuse and economic impact.
 To state the impacts of FDI in India.
 To explain child Trafficking its different forms.
 To state the legislations to curb offences on children.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
 The research methodology used in this project is inductive and exploratory in
nature. We have used primary as well as secondary data in this project. We have
also done primary survey and questionnaire survey to collect data. For data we
have used books , newspaper articles, blogs and websites.
INTRODUCTION
Every day there are millions of children throughout the world , who are subjected to
violence in some or the other way at home , school , public places etc. It's found in
the studies that children subjected to exploitation or violence are likely to be
vulnerable in their economic status .
It also affects economy directly and indirectly both at global and national level , in
that’s why we choose this topic for our project, As we think it need more attention
socially and economically.
OUR FINDINGS

 We found that day by day children are gat more vulnerable to different offences which is
affecting them mentally, emotionally and physically , which indirectly will affect human
recourses ( in future).
 When we went out on the ground survey people quite hesitated about the offences against the
children.
 Apart from child abuse we find other offences against children likely to occur in the lower
class or family with weak economical background (due to lack of education and poverty ).
 After government policy and action also we could find child labour in small scale shop and
retail places .
 We found that when people are more likely to employee child labour as they are vulnerable ,
manipulative unavailable in low wages which then increase in unemployment in adult market
and effects country GDP (as children are unskilled)
CONCLUSION

We think that hence though there are good laws but it need stringent implementation
people need to get aware and educated about such offences and how they can take
advantage of laws policy made by government for their benefit .
Also we should at ground level help them by raising funding and making them aware
through organising campaign so that they could stop sending there child for labour or
can save them from being trafficked.
