1) For the year we are warned about the dangers of eating too much fat or too much salt.
Many people try to considered of this way source of energy.
2) They automatically reach to the “low fat” & “high fat” through various version of food as they
buy. But in spite of research that is now only mean that sugar may be the main culprit in
making us fatter & sicker.

3) The warning are not taken seriously & there are no recommended limits of sugar on
Canadian food label.
