• Overlook the warehouse activities and challenges involved in the
daily decision making .
• Warehouse storage distribution of finished product and
transportation of the finished goods from the warehouse .
• Warehouse operations and leading decision targets towards the
finished goods transportation .
• Engaging with reputed company clients like ( sansera , MTR .. Etc )
Objectives TYPE - A

• To make Optimal layouts of the warehouse , warehouse structures and

picking strategies.
• To Reduce complexity and costs through consolidation of warehouse
structures .
• To Reduce inventory in supply chain and warehousing .
• To Reduce logistics costs for handling and warehousing services .
Process design / Methodology
Through a holistic approach to warehouse planning, the project design was designed

 Data Analysis
• Warehouse  Management  Systems  help  to  capture  the warehouse operational and
process data in the system. This is an important task for any logistics service provider to
capture the necessary data and use them to mitigate the challenges that they face on
Findings
Some key findings in the project are as follows:

• Shortage of space in the warehouse.

• Deadlines scheduled for delivery of the products were not met.
• Raw material and finished goods separation were not done and which
led this to a problem in the warehouse.
• Timelines for transportation of goods were not met as planned.
Recommendation & Conclusion
Recommendation
• Some work over measuring
inconsistency can be
implemented to ensure the
quality of the work . So, it is
advised to work on further
development of the measures to
calibrate the quality of
 work before they can be
considered reliable enough
Conclusion
• Concerning the objectives that
had been proposed for the
internship theme, some of them
were fully achieved, while the
other objectives needed to be
reworked as a consequence of
the company’s situation and the
current pandemic.
Learning’s
• Explored career alternatives prior to graduation.
• Integrated theory and practice.
• Assessed interests and abilities in their field of study.
• Learnt to appreciate work and its function in the economy.
• Developed work habits and attitudes necessary for job success.
• Developed communication, interpersonal and other critical skills in the job interview
process.

• Acquired employment contacts leading directly to a full-time job following graduation
from college.
• Identified , write down, and carry out performance objectives.
