 Spill during speed boat refueling
 Spill drill is participated by Spill Response Team, Titan II crew and speed
boat operator
 Mainland temporary jetty foreman establish contact to the ER hotline
number and ER coordinator to record the spill drill
 Weather condition is slightly windy
 Wind speed 17.3 km/h
