• What the members want the organization to

• Organization’s future state, dream or
ambitions
• Qualifies the growth of development that an
organization wants
VALUES
• Fundamental beliefs of the organization
• Guiding principles that dictate behavior in
understanding what is right from wrong
• Unwavering guide that determines if the
organization is on the right path

GOALS
• General guidelines that explain what an
organization wants to achieve
• Usually long-term and represent global vision
OBJECTIVES
• Define strategies or implementation steps to attain
the identified goals
• Specific, measurable, and have a defined
completion date
• Outlines the “who, what, when, where and how” of
reaching the goals

• You can recite it at gunpoint.
• Less is more. So K.I.S.S.
• Maximum of 12 Words

metacard and will post this on their designated area.
• If there are already existing Missions, these may be
reviewed by the organization/ facility.
