knowing they are talking to a
real person.
Collect project requirements

Collect project requirements is the

process of determining,
documenting, and managing
stakeholder needs and
requirements to meet project
objectives. “ Hence, in the
collection requirement process,
the first step is to identify
stakeholders’ needs. Second,
document these needs and
requirements.

The scope of a project refers
to the determining of the
most important elements it
needs to have to be

central reference for the
tasks associated with the
project.

the project:

discovering, analyzing,
defining, and documenting

the project, so that you can
assess the timescales and
resources needed to
complete it.

This is a type of testing done

by users, customers, or other
authoriz entities to determine
application/software needs
and business processes.
Description: Acceptance
testing is the most important
phase of testing as this
decides whether the client
approves the
application/software or not.

Project document management:

Project documentation is the

implementation of a streamlined,
efficient, and uniform process for
producing the key documents that
are required to implement a new
project successfully. For example,
these documents might include,
business cases, project status
reports, and project requirement
sheets.
Promote economic development:

Economic Development is the

creation of wealth from which
community benefits are realized. It

prosperity and quality of life for all
residents. Economic development
means different things to different

internal marketing environment.
