Objectives of the study

This study would like to determine the impact of Total Quality Management to XYZ corporation technical
employees as basis for recommendations and improvements, specifically this study will determine the following:

•To determine the level of awareness and current application of TQM principles in XYZ Corporation.
•To determine the level of attitude of personnel at XYZ Corporation regarding theoretical findings towards the
TQM improving performance.
•To identify key hindrances to the application of TQM in XYZ Corporation
•To propose an action recommendation to improve the Total Quality Management of XYZ Corporation.
