FAMILY

 Born on 1969, Bermuda


 Only a child of:

 William Hayes

 Gloria Hayes
CHILDHOOD ACTIVITIES

 Migrates to USA
 Stays with mother and
step-dad after the divorce
of their parents.
 Manages relationship with
biological father.
 Visited him every summer.

 Gets less time with current


family.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
 Starts study career from Texas
 Curious on learning

 Gets honor roll awarded

 Migrate California and graduates doctorate in


Organizational psychology.
ADULT LIFE
 Involves in extracurricular activities
 Wanted to become cheerleader

 Completes doctorate 5 years course

 Going to academic was one of her career

 Totally strive on job that acknowledges her.

 Joins Darden School of Business as her


husband was transferred to D.C.
 Works hard and becomes a Professor.

 Works for different tasks with Frank to


utilize the leisure time.
EXPERIENCE AS BEING PARENTS
 3 years of marriage gives birth
to a son.
 Assigns nanny for their son

 Worked for 2 hours along with


MBA class far from city they
lived.
 Gives birth to daughter in 2005.
MANAGING CAREER
 Both Jimmie and Erika wanted to
serve others via their career.
 Jimmie was transferred back to
Texas.
 Sales their property and shifts to
Charlottesville.
 Ekria got hard time balancing life
with kids and work.
 Jimmie was transferred back to
Washington DC
 He had to leave family and live at DC

 Came along and spend time with


children every Saturdays and
Sundays.
