The Program is designed for leaders to identify the aspects of leadership that they want to work upon
Leadership requires the identification of personal strengths and moulding it in a way to help uplift oneself
and team members while negotiating individual challenges. The Program consists of the following steps

1. Registration: An email setting the context on the importance of emotional wellness would be
sent to the employees. The same would also prompt them to sign up for the emotional wellness
program. Given the remote nature of organizing this, we would require your help in sharing this to
employees.

2. 6-Week Program

1. Goal Setting Call with the coach - There is a small questionnaire to broadly identify the area(s) you
would want to work on. This is followed by a goal-setting call which is arranged with a coach (a
professional psychologist). The expert will work with you in understanding and scoping the goal we
must work on as part of this program.

2. Weekly Calls, Activities & Content: Following the same, the coach will work with you through
weekly calls, activities and content for the next 4-6 weeks so that you can start seeing the benefit. The
calls will be pre-scheduled based on the mutual convenience of you and the coach.

Program Duration: ~6 weeks Number of calls: 6 calls (1 goal setting + ~5 weekly calls, 30 min each)
