Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple The Padmanabhswamy Temple is a temple located in Thiruvananthpuram the capital of Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Lord Ananta. The temple is built in the fusion of Dravadian and Chera styles. The deity is made from 12,008 saligramams (a fossilied shell). The temple was built by the Local Kings of Travancore during 16th Century. It is believed that the Local kings stored immense riches inside those thick walls and vaults of the temples.
