Why do we experience
disappointment?

someone or something.

THE BOOK OF JOB

Even though Job was regarded

blameless and upright in God's eyes,
he was not spared pain. Nonetheless,
he simply expressed the truth about
God.

PSALM 13

David struggled while waiting for God,

asking often, "How long?" from being the
future king to becoming a fugitive.
Nonetheless, he concludes his prayer by
recalling God's kindness and salvation.

Following the triumph on Mount
Carmel. Elijah was forced to flee and
hide in order to survive. He requested
God to take his life, but God instead
took care of him.

When her brother died, Martha voiced

her disappointment to Jesus while also
expressing her faith in Jesus' power and
authority.
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU'RE LET DOWN? LET ME ASK YOU AGAIN: HOW
DO YOU DEAL WITH DISAPPOINTMENT? IS IT TO RELAPSE TO OLD HABITS OR
TO WORSHIP?

When you are discouraged and disappointed, exercise

extreme caution. This is a turning moment in terms of how
you walk with the Lord in this season of your life.
 LESSON 1

Remember who God is,

and listen to what He has
to say
GENESIS 21:2

Waiting for someone's promise only to

be broken can lead to disappointment,
trust issues and even heartbreaks. But
when God promises, all we have to do is
to remember who God is and listen to
Him. It may take long but it will be worth
it.

We all experience pain all different in

the period of time, the cause of pain
and how we deal with it. Just like Job,
despite of the pain, he spoke to God
without a doubt talking to Him and

especially if someone said something
that entices our curiosity especially if
this plan involves us and our lives.

At some point, we become weary of

our lives, too tired to do things we
once love, even to the point we can't
even pray to God. As like Elijah did, call
out to God and He will supply you.

Trust God's timing and rest,

knowing that He has saved
us for good.

JOHN 11

We all have unanswered prayers in our

lives. But looking back, what if God
answered all of them, will we be where
we are right now? Indeed, God's time
and answers are far more better for us.

LOVE AND PROMISE AND HE WILL SUPPLY AND KNOW THAT HE
AND HE WILL YOU HAS SAVED US
