For schools with less than three (3) teachers, clustering with nearby school is highly encouraged. While schools with more than Ten (10) teachers may have more than 5 members to this committee. The School M&E shall 1. Assists the school head in the appraisal of the SBM level of practice; 2. Assists in the conduct of quarterly School Monitoring, Evaluation & Adjustment (SMEA) based from your AIP; 3. Conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) on the performance of the school as indicated in the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP); 4.
