1) Since its inception, WeWork has raised $14.2 billion venture capital. The firm
WeWork was founded in 2010 by Adam Neumann.
2) WeWorK rents funk, state of art co-working office space to free lancers, small
business owners and big tech giants, offering fledging & established alike
functional premises from which to operate business.

3) In London WeWork is the largest private renter of commercial office space. The
company has quickly grown to various part of the world.
4) In 2017 Masayoshi Son, the CEO of the Soft Bank invested $4.4 billion in the
WeWork after 12 minutes meeting with WeWork CEO Adam Neumann.
5) Masayoshi Son as an expert in investment sector also previously invested in
the venture capital like Alibaba .
6) Despite as global network WeWork wasn’t profitable. Neumann framed his
company as tech venture. Many of which can’t make profit as they grow.
7) The company in 2019 following Ubers IPO WeWork becomes the most valuable
company in Unites States worth estimated $47 billion.
8) In 2019 Soft Bank reduce its fund from WeWork up to $ 2 billion from $16 billion
which made investors nervous about WeWork valuation.
9) Analytic discover that the company loosing more than $5000 per new customer.
10) Many market investor’s were against Neumann egoist personal expenditure
against company expenses drug & alcohol.
11) Mean while it emerges that “Neumann is the most hated man in the America.”
12) Investor eventually forced him out and put IPO on hold & Neumann walked
away from the company with 1.7 billion $.
