Eligibility
● All Sell, Service and Build partners who have signed the Partner Program Agreement and are at the Partner or

● Partner must have signed the Partner Program Agreement and therefore agree to the Sandbox Toolkit terms of service which limit the use of
these products to testing and demo environments.
● Partners must order the Sandbox Toolkit SKUs for their own use through PST (for Google Workspace, G Suite, CEU, CfM) or fill form to
order credits (for Google Cloud).
● Partners need to obtain a domain for Google Workspace, G Suite, Cloud Identity, CEU, and CfM. Domains to be used as Sandbox Toolkit:
○ Must contain the terms "dev." or "test." or “demo.” at the beginning of the domain name
○ Must contain the name of the domain to be used in production
○ Must not contain the word “google”
● Partners ordering Google Workspace, G Suite, Cloud Identity, CEU, and CfM on behalf of their customers can do so through PST but must
add legal language in the order agreeing to pass on Toolkit terms to their customers (see Appendix).
● There is a max of 5 demo domains each for partners and customers.
● Demo seat quantity cannot exceed the total purchased quantity. If a partner/end customer have multiple demo domains, the total ordered
quantity must be split across the different domains.
● In order to order AU (Archived User) demo domains, there must be a Google Workspace or G Suite demo active order for the corresponding
edition in place.

Note: Receive a one-time, once-per-calendar year sales credits that you can use to leverage Google Cloud within your
own company. This is the same benefit as the Internal Use of Google Cloud Platform and can only be used once per
partner.

● Sell and Service Partners can extend a Sandbox Toolkit for Google Workspace, G Suite and Chrome to
their customers
● To do so, Partners must place an order in PST and add the following language in the special instructions
field within the order:
“By placing this order, [Partner name] agrees to include terms in the Customer Agreement with [Customer name] that address the following:
The Customer’s access to and use of the Product is subject to the Google Terms of Service and the Development Domain Terms that can be found in
this link”
