This overview of Google Cloud Partner Advantage is for informational purposes and
does not amend or supplement any written agreements between you and Google. If you
have questions about Google Cloud Partner Advantage terms, please contact Partner

Transition journey for existing partners
Here are some useful tips that will help you transition smoothly
into the new Advantage Portal.
Log in to the new Partner Advantage Portal:
1 The first time you log in, some pop-ups may display. If
you are the account administrator, you may be asked to
confirm the Partner Program Agreement.

Depending on your country, you may be asked to


confirm your opt-in/opt-out communication preferences
for marketing emails. It’s important to read and
complete any action items that appear in the pop-ups
as you will not be able to access the portal until you do!

Check out the homepage:
2 On our homepage, we have gathered resources to help
you accelerate your business with us. On the main
section of the page, you can explore the program,
training, and benefits, as well as content related to
sales, marketing, technical, and business enablement.
On the right side, you will find Resources, Quick Links,
and Announcements.

Validate your Partner Account information (Critical


3 step for partner account administrators):
Navigate to Program > My Program Status to confirm
that your account information is accurate:
1. Check the Program Status box on the upper right to
see your company’s 2019 partnership level.
2. Scroll down the main section of the page to check
the contacts/users provisioned on your profile (you
may need to confirm or add contacts/users for
access to the system).
3. In the Partner Program box, filter to Active
Authorizations to ensure that the engagement
model(s) for which you are authorized are system
activated.

Review your profile information:


4 In the top right corner, you will see your name. Click the
arrow next to it and navigate to My Profile to view your
personal profile information. From this page you can
upload a photo to personalize your profile, edit your
preferred language, and update your opt-in/opt-out
communication preferences for marketing emails.

Review the portal training guides:


5 To help make the most of your Partner Advantage
portal experience, training guides are provided to
support navigation. From the menu in the top right
corner (the arrow next to your name) you can find the
Get Help page with resources accessible through this
page. Our training guides are all located under the
heading Navigate through the Partner Advantage portal.
