Reporting
Track your success and manage your networking activity in real-time using the in-built reporting tools.

Navigation Bar
Configure the parameters on the left side of your screen to display daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly
reports. Get a detailed view of your affiliate programs. Display your Clicks, Customers, Conversions
(approved), Conversion Amount (approved), and MLM Commission Amount (approved). View your
Acquisition reports as per their Source and Referrer. Filter your results by country, and apply different time
periods and ranges from the dropdown list in the upper right corner.

Conversions & Commissions

Earnings overview of the total conversions and commissions you generated in any program(s) you
joined. We will approve or disapprove the commissions before we pay them out to you. Filter conversions
per date, program, amount, and commission, and add metadata (sub-IDs) properties to your URLs by
clicking on “advanced” below your referral link or in the window that pops up after you press “show code”
next to an asset. Check your reviewed requests and find your referral link and marketing material gallery
to promote your network once we approve you for our program.

Sources
The Sources section is your storehouse for marketing channels and other tools to boost your networking.
Add your sources and download ready-made promotions to optimize your affiliate following. Configure
reports according to the type, title, value, and actions, or add a new source by clicking on the “+ new
source” option.

Payouts
In the Payouts section of your Affiliate Profiles, you can track and configure payments connected to your
account as of date and amount. Get a detailed view of all transactions related to your account. Add more
payout methods by clicking on your Affiliate Profile picture at the bottom left corner.

Payout Procedure
The Trading Pit temporarily accepts payout requests via email and proceed with payouts via bank wire.
We will soon have a Request Payout option directly from your Tapfiliate Area and more payment methods
coming soon. Affiliates requesting payouts should email payments@thetradingpit.com from their
registered Tapfiliate email address.

Before requesting a payout, affiliates should make sure they have registered their bank details in the
dedicated section of their Affiliate Profile, as described in the Setup Prefered payout method section
(page 6).

Payouts Request
Your email’s subject should contain the affiliate commission and the affiliate’s full name
(e.g., > Subject: Commission, Full Name).

After receiving our Affiliate Agreement via Paperless (online signature), you should respond with an email
providing the below information:

1 The exact amount you wish to withdraw

2 A bank statement with your details visible

3 Colored copy of the identification document with visible details and four corners and borders of the
document included in the picture (ID, Passport)

4 Utility bill issued under your name within the last three (3) months as proof of address.

5 In case you would like to issue an invoice for us for TAX purposes, please click on the message of your
Dashboard, CLICK HERE.

6 A form will appear for completing your Full Name and email address.

7 You will receive a link on your email address, where you will be able to complete online your Invoice
details.

8 Once you press finish, we will be able to receive a copy of your Invoice and proceed with the payment.

We only process payouts to affiliate accounts registered under the affiliate’s
name. We may request further supporting documentation in adherence with
and upon request of EU and international AML guidelines.
