Application workflow (Provisioning Flow)

 Teams application workflow

　　 The Provisioning Flow is used for the Teams application workflow.

 Workflow roles
　　 The workflow roles are as follows.
Role Description
TTC-Office365
This is the person whose job it is to approve the creation of teams and changes to members.
Administrator
This is the person whose job it is to approve changes to settings within teams and the deletion of teams. This
Manager person is designated when teams are created.
Furthermore, an alert e-mail is sent to this person when the Teams usage deadline approaches.
Applicants can apply to create, make changes to, or delete teams, and to make changes to members.
Applicant
Anyone can make an application, provided they have been granted a Teams license.

 Precautions regarding team validity period *Important*

• The period during which teams can use Teams is set to 365 days from the date of team creation beforehand.
• If setting the operation end date, set the usage deadline when creating teams or when making changes to teams to no longer than 365
days.
• The designated manager(s) will be sent an alert e-mail once only 14 days prior to the team deletion deadline. (TTC-Office365
Administrator is not notified.)
If wishing to continue use after receiving the e-mail, please apply for an extension to the deadline immediately.
• Over the long term, user should be aware that teams who are only viewing Teams, or teams who are not accessing teams may be asked to
delete the team by TTC-Office365 Administrator . 4

the workflow)).
