Women of

Noble
Character
Session 6
Genesis 2:22-24
22 And the rib that the LORD God had taken from the
man he made  into a woman and brought her to the man.
8

23 Then the man said, “This at last is  bone of my bones

r

and flesh of my flesh;

she shall be called woman, because she was  taken out of
s

man.”
9

24  Therefore, a man shall leave his father and his mother
t

and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one
flesh.
How is your house?
1 Cor. 11:3 - But I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the

woman is man,  and the head of Christ is God.

[a]
What kind of house do I want to build?
Matthew 7:24-27
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine
24

and puts them into practice is like a wise man who

built his house on the rock. 25 The rain came down, the
streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that
house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation
on the rock. 26 But everyone who hears these words of
mine and does not put them into practice is like a
foolish man who built his house on sand. 27 The rain
came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and
beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”
Foundation of the family:
The Word of God
Many families live in crisis because they
do not biblical principles, others simply
because they do not put them into
practice. Your first determination as a
woman should be that your house will
be built upon the Rock.
VALUABLE PRINCIPLES THAT WE
SOW IN OUR HOMES:
1. SOW INTO YOUR FAMILY
Gal. 6:7-10 7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be
mocked. A man reaps what he sows 8 Whoever sows to
please their flesh, from the flesh will reap
destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the
Spirit will reap eternal life. 9 Let us not become weary in
doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest
if we do not give up. 10 Therefore, as we have
opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to
those who belong to the family of believers.

2. SOW LOVE
To be able to sow true love, you need to
experience all the love that Jesus has for you.

1 Cor. 13: 3-4 3 If I give all I possess to the

poor and give over my body to hardship that I
may boast,  but do not have love, I gain
[a]

nothing.4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not

envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
Love is expressed through:
1. Words (of admiration, affirmation, respect, gratitude)
2. Physical contact
3. Commitment (dedicating time)
4. Patience
5. Service
Now is the time to restore the first love in
every home. As a woman, God chose you to
bring that seed of love and hope to your family.
A happy home does exist! It can be yours if you
determine all the love you have in your heart.
The dream of God is to be able to raise up
priestly families in unity.
3. SOW PROTECTION
A man named Nehemiah was the
protector of the people of Israel for a time
in the old testament. He raised up the
walls and rebuilt the doors of the city.
Families that have been scattered,
oppressed and scattered found a
comfortable place where they could live in
safety
The father is the one who should
principally provide protection in the
home. If you are a single mother, God is
telling you today, in (Isaiah 54:5) You can
be confident that God is protecting your
house at all times.
For your Maker is your husband —
the LORD Almighty is his name —
the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer;
he is called the God of all the earth.
Some ways in which a woman can sow
protection in her home:
• Through prayers and Intercession
• Through wise counsel
• Through caring od her children
• Through offerings and covenants
(Hannah and Abigail)
4. SOW WORDS THAT EDIFY

(Luke 6:4) 4 He entered the house of God, and

taking the consecrated bread, he ate what is lawful only
for priests to eat. And he also gave some to his
companions.”
Words have the power to bind up or release, curse or
bless, create or destroy. We should be very careful
about our words we declare in our homes, because
what we say will become a reality.
What are the usual phrases you use everyday that
are becoming a reality:
• You are the worst thing that ever happened to me
• Things would be better if we weren’t together
• You’re good for nothing
• You don’t love me
Words are like seeds. When we
say them out loud, they are
planted in our minds and on a life
of their own.

Always keep in mind:

Speak words that build up. As a
woman, the atmosphere of our
homes depends on what you sow.
3 things that destroy a family:
1. Not considering God
2. Too many activities
3. Addictions
How can I Restore My House:
1. Forgive and ask forgiveness – Forgiveness brings
freedom to homes.
2. Restore – Restoration means to rebuild
3. Make Restitution – This is when you make a
special effort to invest into your family whatever
you have not given properly during this time.
