Scott Harrison is an accomplished Recruitment Business Director, ICF Professional Coach and
Cambridge University Teacher and Trainer, currently based in Singapore leading the Agile Talent
business.
 
Managing some of the world’s largest international recruitment companies Scott has successfully
led the development of high performing organisational culture and been responsible for business
planning & analysis, aligning strategies and business plans, financial forecasting , P&L
management and business development. Throughout all of this Scott has achieved a proven track
record in helping companies build their long term talent acquisition strategies.
 
His passion for recruiting traces back 20 years from his first ever job as an internal Talent
Acquisition specialist in Glasgow and taking him on a journey where he has built, managed trained
and coached recruitment businesses in Singapore, Thailand China, Japan, Dubai, New Zealand,
Russia, America, UK and the Netherlands. Scott has been on a recruiting path from the start. The
reason? He likes getting people excited about the things that he’s excited about. Right now, that’s
