• I bought a Lenovo Legion laptop last week, and along with it, I bought a 3-year onsite
warranty. I registered it on the Lenovo website last Thursday, and it said the registration had
been successful, but might take 24 hours to show up. But when I've just checked, six days
later, the warranty check says I still only have the basic 1-year depot warranty. There's no way
to email Support about it because the only options are for technical support, I can't find a
phone number, and the virtual assistant is useless.     Does anyone know why I've paid for an
extended warranty that apparently isn't being applied to my laptop's serial number?
• Hello!! I am pretty desperate. I purchased a 2 year warranty and tried to register it
online. Everytime I tried to submit it said "Hardware purchase date (of my laptop) not within
allowed range" and that I should contact lenovo warranty support through a linked form to
provide them with a purchase proof. Within the last days I filled out the warranty support
form so many times on lots of different browers but everytime I submit is there is an
"ERROR" notice. Since I can not reach them I can't register my warranty and I have to do
that within 30 days. I also tried calling the support hotline but they keep sending me back
to the support form that doesn't work.     Can anyone help please?

Forum Page Shop Deals Navigation Issue

Problem Identified:
1. Suggested Searches option needs to be enhanced
2. Support article not rendering relevant content
3. Related Searches list differs when changed the browser

Observations:
• When customer inside forum "check out Current Deals " click on Go Shop its should be redirect to
Deals page but its redirecting About us page
Findings:
• Customers are redircting incorrect page and here confusion are created
• Customers can reach the relevant content after selecting the option deals under PC and tablets
section
