• Switching & Migrating business from Offline to Online will take a little time
(~around 1 Year) and as we are eyeing to increase our revenue in next three years
then we should start taking steps towards that direction from now onwards.
Note: Drawback with existing model is that end user can’t see the actual product
before buying which makes it difficult for the end user to make some choice &
trust and also very Limited end user hold.
Change in Existing Approach:
• We can create our retail pages on social platforms like Instagram, Facebook etc. to
get more customer hold.
• Going on social sites help us to allow our customer to visualize product before
buying it.
• Going social sites will not only help us in increasing business but at the same time
help us in Branding ourselves in market with wider customers and gaining new
customers too which would be helpful and beneficial for us before going online.
• We receive more customer feedbacks which we can utilize while going online.
• With this approach we can expect to increase our revenue by 2 folds in next 1 Year
i.e. from 1 Million$ to 2 Million $.

Proposed New Model:
The new proposed plan is to switch & migrate our offline retail business to an online e-
Commerce platform without loosing any old customers related data, We can ensure data
retainment by simply integrate our mainframe database with our new developed
application.
• This system is all about converting shopping system from manual to online.
• Customer can register themselves to website.
• Upon registration, they are allowed to buy product by login to site.
• Administrator adds, deletes & edit products to database.
• Upon buying the product it should get delivered to customer address.
• Customer is able to write feedback for each purchased product.
• Admin can see track the overall action & reports and save it to database.

High Level Activities & Deliverables:
Simply going Online won’t help us in achieving our objective of increasing our revenue.
• We need to do some market research and study our target audience demographic,
geographic & purchasing patterns.
• Finding Out where our Customers are: It is very important thing to understand our
customer interest on what sites they are spending there times, once we identify what
customers interest is and what they like to purchase then it would help us to offer them
what they are looking.
