SELLER TIER OVERVIEW
Pre-requisites for the Gold tier are as
follows:
•Minimum revenue of Rs.60 lakh or sale of
9,000 units
•Less than 0.15% seller cancellations
•Less than 1% RTD breaches
•Adequate ratings as per the vertical
benchmarks
Pre-requisites for the Silver tier are as
follows:
•Minimum revenue of Rs. 30 lakh or sale
of 4,000 units
•Less than 0.50% seller cancellations
•Less than 1.40% RTD breaches
•Adequate ratings as per the vertical
benchmark
Pre-requisites for the Bronze tier are as
follows:
• As a seller you start at the Bronze tier
by default.
• You must focus on growing on Flipkart
by achieving the benchmarks with the
help of the tools provided on the
dashboard and account managers, to
move on to the Gold/Silver tier.
 FULFILMENT TYPES BY FLIPKART

Once you onboard Flipkart as a seller you are automatically a part of the Seller Fulfilment. 
Under seller fulfilment, you are responsible for processing and managing your orders and inventory. Once
you have packed your orders and marked RTD, an E-kart agent will collect this package and deliver it to the
respective customer.
Flipkart provides you a basic training of how to process your orders, how to pack them and how to fulfill
these orders.
Benefit of Seller Fulfilment
Being a part of the seller fulfilment, you have the liberty to choose your own SLA, the number of working
days and process orders as per your convenience. Also, you don’t have to worry about the delivery of your
products, Flipkart will take care of it.
What is Smart Fulfilment?
Smart Fulfilment is a program wherein you get help from Flipkart for systematically arranging your
warehouse, easily maintaining your inventory and getting it smoothly delivered to your customer via a
Flipkart logistics partner. 
All you must do is comply with the smart construct norms to reap the benefits. This construct helps you
in boosting the sales, ROI and reducing overall cost of doing business.
