Geography
• Peru is in the northeast of South
America, the limits of peru are: to
the south, with Chile; to the
southeast with Bolivia; to the east
with Brazil; to the north with
Ecuador and Colombia; and to the
west with the Pacific Ocean.
• The capital of Peru is Lima, Peru
currently has 196 provicies and its
total area is 1 285 216.20 km²
Population
• In Peru there are 31 237 385
inhabitants (2017 census), The
president of Peru is Pedro
Castillo and the vice president is
Dina Boluarte and the most
populour city is Lima
• The official language of Peru is
Spanish.The main typical foods of
Culture Peru are: Ceviche, Saltado, Ají de
Gallina, Causa Limeña, Pachamanca,
Rice with Chicken, Huancaína
noodles, Aguadito.
• Sweaters are usually synthetic and
with a lot of color. The jackets are
made of woolen fabric and are
called “juyuna” and they usually
embellish the woman's body.
