ECONOMY The Chile economy is the sixth largest economy in Latin America
in terms of gross domestic product (GDP). The Chilean economy
boasts remarkable indices in terms of competitiveness, economic
freedom, financial development, and is established as the most
dynamic economy in Latin America.

TOURISM PLACES TO VISIT:


• Santiago de Chile: Capital of Chile surrounded by mountains, the
Plaza de Armas and the Metropolitan Park.
• Torres del Paine National Park: Chilean Patagonia National Park
with granite towers, icebergs and the huge Gray Glacier.
• Easter Island: A remote Polynesian island with huge moai, the
Rano Kau volcano and outdoor activities.

Chumbeque. Typical sweet from the north of Chile, made from
butter, flour and layers of aggregate that are usually made from
fruit honeys, such as lemon or mango and according to CNCA
Gastronomy publications the main typical Chilean dishes, rates
Empanadas.

The popular actor is José Pedro Balmaceda Pascal, better known
as Pedro Pascal, is a Chilean film, television and theater actor.
