Teknologi
- Pengaplikasian metode ilmiah untuk memecahkan permasalahan, memenuhi kebutuhan,
dll (Reeves, 1998)
- Alat/benda atau proses yang membutuhkan ilmu pengetahuan atau keahlian (Reeves,
1998), dan sistem yang mencakup computer, telekomunikasi, software, rules, dan
protocol (Bates, 2015)
- Benda atau proses buatan manusia yang digunakan untuk membentuk media (Reeves,
1998)
Teknologi dan Media

Media
- Sebuah bentuk komunikasi (media cetak / media audio-visual seperti video)
- Industri yang menyediakan informasi, berita, dan hiburan (Reeves, 1998)
- Media (Latin: medium)  sesuatu yang memediasi/menginterpretasi makna.
- Media  pembuat informasi (creator) dan penerima informasi (receiver)
- Media  untuk merepresentasikan ilmu pengetahuan, melalui: teks, grafik, audio,
video, komputasi (computing)

- Teknologi  alat, contoh: marker, papan tulis, PowerPoint, proyektor


- Media  intervensi dari guru dan interaksi dengan siswa (in a real time and in fixed
time and place)

instructional materials to alternative conceptions and students’ prior knowledge.
Technological Knowledge
Fluency in Informational Technology.

TCK
An understanding of the manner in which technology and content influence and constrain one another.

TPK
An understanding of how teaching and learning can change when particular technologies are used in
particular ways.
