WHAT IS STRESS?

* Stress is the body´s automatic response to


any physical or mental demand placed on it.

*Adrenaline is a chemical naturally produced


in or body as a response to stress.
IS ALL STRESS BAD?

*Moderate levels of stress may actually


improve performance and efficiency.
* Too Little stress must result in boredom.
*Too much stress may cause an
unproductive anxiety level.

government.
Example: Sena is an
institution that belongs to
public sector.
JOB SECURITY
The probability of
someone keeping their
job for a long time.
Example: This job has
provided me job
security.
COUNSELLING
Professional advice about
a problema often related
to mental health.
Example: She is receiving
counselling to deal with
stress.
