The HRF result, the barriers identified and my diet monitor and asses how is my current
physical well-being. This will help me to understand and recognize the things that I must
do to develop my physical well-being such as engaging myself into physical and
recreational activity specifically dancing, also other things such as balancing diet,
enhancing my mental, and social health. It will be a great help to improve my health and
reduce the possibility of developing several diseases as well.
