condition, because I will never agree with the fact that you are the only responsible for this. No one actually is
to blame for his misfortune. But for now, we will focus on you. Ok?

The base of this mini guide is rooted in the field of orthodox knowledge, but also in the field of management
of human’s life quality. Both fields have a lot in common, if studied and understood properly. Apparently
they don’t share the same ideology, but in fact, the management of human’s life quality has a lot of his roots
founded , with or without intention, deep in the old knowledge of monotheist religions that were alive in the
neo-pagan era, before Christianity. At least this is my perspective on it.


There for, I am able to mention as bibliography: the laic orthodox/ monotheistic lifestyle, a lifestyle known
for thousands of years in the Carpathians Mountain region, in Eastern Europe,  through a process of
conscious or unconscious reconnection to their ancient  Thracian  and pre-Thracian roots, mixed also with
the official one, which is translated into orthodox religion, orthodox Christianity, - the holy book of
Orthodoxy being The Holy Scripture, or the Holy Orthodox Bible.

This 3 days do intermitting fasting, if you can,
but the meals should ONLY contain boiled
The preparation will last between 3 to one week, but vegetable: no raw fruits, no grill veggie, no meat,
minimum 3 days . no eggs, no milk, no sweet. The only thing sweet
allowed is tea with honey. And only if you really
need it.
You will need to stay unwashed, yes you read that  If you can’t do it 3 days, at least 1 day do this,
right: do NOT shower 3 days, and for those 3 days wear but it should be the third day of those unclean,
the same clothes, do not change, not even the underwear, unwashed. For example, if you start on Monday,
your 3 days should look like this: Monday and
use wet wipes if you need them for your private body
Tuesday : no shower + same clothes + you can
parts, if this is too much for you, but do not wash them, eat everything, absolutely everything you like,
do not! The only thing you are allowed to wash is your your fav meals, but in normal quantity,
Wednesday: no shower + same clothing from

Monday and Tuesday, food: boiled veggies,

1. when something is not right, admit it to yourself first: if you are not true
with yourself, you wont be able to fix anything, because you will not have the real
definition and dimension of the problem: no one can fix something he doesn’t know.

2. every time you feel anxious, preoccupied, worried, make an action plan: do
not delay in attending everything that needs to be fixed: in time they will clutter
and create chaos in your life, and you will not know from where to start, and where
the disaster ends.

 3. Always try to diferentiate the main problem, from the secondary connected problems
Sometime we are too blinded by secondary problems, the ones that derivate
from the main one, simply because they seem to hurt us more, or their construct is
more ,,shiny’’.
This are the cover up problems, and their purpose is to distract you from the real enemy,
the real problem.
You will run to fix them, while all along the real problem still stands there unsolved,
doing damage unbothered.

 4. Work on self-control. Always. This is your superpower. If its not, MAKE IT.
Self control is attained thru the power of daily habits
Do not fall for the trap of getting out of your comfort zone!:
Monotony, repetitiveness, predictability, is the Mother of all success.
Self control is attained with patience.
Rock patience. Crazy patience. Out of this world patience.
Self control is attained when you have a clear mind and a clear perspective on things.
(see no. 1 advise)
A clear mind and a clear perspective comes from seeing the truth and accepting it as it is,
sweet or not.

5. Take a look over the activities you loved to do before your life fall into chaos:
did you practiced any sport, did you sing, dance, play any instruments, paint ,
maybe you were into gardening, maybe you were into a business opening, maybe in
writing, etc. What was you enjoyed? Restart doing things you enjoyed.

6. Work your virtues, develop your character. Remember knowledge is not
character. Look into this character thing, there are a few archetypes, but with many
variations. Find books and courses on this subject and start building your inner
strength and inner power.

7. Always remember that what we sow, we reap. There are actions that have
an instant effect, and actions that need your time and patience to be fruitful

8. Do not fall into temptations. How you will do this? By knowing yourself, your
strengths and weaknesses, and by dogging, improving, correcting, working on yourself.
People do not become what they think, but more they became what they do. The
thinking process is only a possibility, but never a first hand reality.

9. Be faithful to yourself first! Try not to waste time will peoples opinions and
negativity. Are you happy with the choises you make? If the answer is yes, if deep
down in your gut you feel that everything you do is ok, then don’t give it another
thought, just follow your spirit.

10. Respect as much as possible the order of all activities you set and need to do.

11. You need to find everything you own, day and night, with your eyes closed, in your own life, in your own house, in
your own closet, in your own relationships. What does this means? It means to set a clear and well defined place for
everything in your life, leave no place for misunderstanding, confusions, misplaced, misinterpretations. This is
imperative. No matter the outcome, no matter who will like it or not. You need to set boundaries, set things clear, gain
respect, have power. You do not need to excuse your self for wanting to be in charge of your own life. This is your birth
right!
If you do not know where things stand in your own house, how are you the owner of that home?

If you have no idea where your relationship is going, how will you know if is a good or a toxic relation that you are in?

Set things clear. All of them. Some will hurt, some will make you feel free as a bird, some will bring you immediate
satisfaction.

12. If you will respect every decision you will take, it means you will put in into practice,
which further on will give results. You can only see results if you stick to your decisions and
your choices. Be faithful to you and your work plan and you will be able to measure the results.
13. Do not let people delay your plans. I am thinking here to those you will delegate, those
who supposedly will help you with your tasks. Every postponement work against you. And
this is a matter of fact. Time is a limited resource.
14. Do not be very opened with people’s indecisions. Hesitant people only delay your success,
not theirs. Always evaluate if their indecisions is really due to your actions or to their
irresolution. Yes and No are perfectly fine answers. At least you have an answer from which you
can move forward.
Their indecision is your delay. Not an answer.

Usually peoples lives are a chaos because they let others take control of their life, they give up their power, knowingly or
unknowingly: of course your life is a chaos: who knows better then you your needs, your dreams, your limits? No one. Even the
most well educated will tell you in their moment of sincerity, that no one, absolutely no one knows by heart another’s persons
limits and potential. They might have an idea, but not the whole truth of you, of your being. Why? Because human being is a
vast and extremely complex form of life. Human arrogance pretend to know everything about humans, but I am writing this
mini guide in the mist of a global pandemic: Covid19. This is the whole proof one need to prove that the level of human
civilization is a facade , not a reality.
So bear in mind that no one has the key to your being, unless you give it to them. Do not help no one enslave you and take
your freedom. Ever.
