and their approach towards setting up their entrepreneurial

Research Methodology
The study employs descriptive analysis method.

Primary data collected through quantitative approach with the aim of having a deeper
knowledge about the topic.

✘ Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) package will be used for the statistical analyses.
The results show that about 44% of the entrepreneurs of Fashion Industry belong to the
Age Group age group of 31-40 years followed by 21- 30 years @ 32%
The results indicate that about 36% of fashion entrepreneurs are graduates followed by

✘ Relationship between Motivation, Personal Factors, Marketing or Promotion Problems and Level
of Success of Fashion Industry
The results show that the relation between motivation and level of success of Fashion
Industry is moderate and positively correlated.
The correlation between personal factors and level of success of Fashion Industry is poor but
positively correlated with each other.
The relation between business problems and level of success of Fashion Industry is poor and
negatively correlated with each other.
The relationship between marketing problems and level of success of Fashion Industry
shows that both are negatively and moderately associated with each other.

The objective of this research was to add to the study of the causes behind the low endurance paces of
fashion startups, by distinguishing the fundamental challenges that fashion entrepreneurs face when
entering the Fashion Industry and their pertinence
