    Relationship between Plummer block No,
    bearing No, Sleeve No.
    • Last three digit of bearing is=Plummer block digit-300
    • Sleeve No=last three digit of bearing+100
    • Sleeve No is denoted by H.
    Example
    • If Plummer block no is SN 520
    • Last three digit of bearing is=Plummer block digit-300
    • Last three digit of bearing is 520-300=220
    • Sleeve No=last three digit of bearing+100
    • Sleeve No=220+100=H320
    Example
    • If Plummer block no is SN 520
    • Bearing no is 22220EK or 22220EK/C3 etc.
    • Sleeve no is-H320
    Relationship between bearing No, Shaft no.
    •  Shaft diameter=last two digit
    • For below 22214 bearing no sleeve thickness is 5mm
    • For above 22214 bearing no sleeve thickness becomes 10mm
    Example
    •  If bearing no is 22220EK/C3
    • Shaft diameter=2
    • Shaft diameter=(100-25)=90mm
    • =10mm
    Example
    • Bearing no is 22220EK/C3 sleeve thickness is 10mm.
    • For 60mm shaft both 22213 and 22214 bearing can be fitted.
