a missing nut, broken insulator or damage strand.
• line scout is the tool of choice for obtaining the

reliability.

Corona rings ,etc.) ,this acrobatic robot is able to
function in places that line workers have difficulty
reaching .

IMPLEMENTATION OF LINE SCOUT

• As there are long transmission line , which is

about 80-120 m above from the ground level
• It very dangerous to inspect the fault . Because
the worker have to climb the transmission line
and walk around the line and hence it is very
much dangerous job
• So to make the work or to detect the fault easy
and safely line scout robot is implemented .
 CONCLUSION
• As electricity supply is needed in large demand in
residential , commercial, Industrial purposes. So to
provide the supply transmission line are required
• For a live line inspection it very difficult for power
companies to find the damage
• Through Traditional patrol inspection using
Helicopters is very costly and do not provide platform
for proper inspection of line from close distance
• So to avoid this risk factor Artificial Intelligence based
Robot is Invented
