The Concept of Fair Play

• Fair play is the way of treating, dealing and

interfering with the people without the elements of
bias, prejudice, favouritism, self-interest or deception
which conforms with established standards or rules.
It could also be referred to as treating people with
equal right irrespective or regardless of religion, race,
tribe, ethnic group, political affiliations or association
in accordance with the rule of law.
• Fair play can be defined as the act of being
straightforward, honest and fair in getting things
done in the society. It could as well be seen as being
upright in one’s action or behavior.
