 Well now, what seems to be the problem?
 Can you describe your pain?
 How long does the pain last?
 Your doctor says you’ve been having trouble with your right shoulder.

 Where does it hurt?
 Where is it sore?
 Does lying down help the pain?

Dressing Instruction
 Would you mind to change your clothes with this one
belongs to hospital.
 Roll your sleeve up, please. I’m going to take picture of
your elbow.
 Lie on the couch and cover yorself with the blanket.
 Lie on the strecher with your shoes and socks off,
please.
 Please get dresses, take your time, we are not in a hurry.
Positioning Instruction
 Make yourself confortable on the couch and lie on your back
(supine position).
 Lie down, please (supine position).
 Roll over onto your tummy (from supine to prone position).
 Lie on your tummy please, please (prone position).
 Please turn over and lie on your back again.
 Bend your left knee.
 Straighten your leg again.
 Roll over onto your right side.
 Keep the knee straight.
 Sit with your legs dangling over the edge of the couch.
 Lie down with your legs strechedout in front of you.
Positioning Instruction
 Sit up and bend your knees.
 Lean forward.
 Get off the stretcher (“get off” is sometimes percceived as too
informal and impolite)
 Please come off the coach.
 Please sit up.
 Get off the couch and stand up (“get off” is sometimes
percceived as too informal and impolite)
 Stand up from the couch.
 Stand up, please.
 Lie on your back with your knees bent and your legs wide apart.
 Lie on your tummy and relax.
 Let yourself go loose.
Explaining the result of the X-Ray:
Who will read the images.
 The doctor will be the one who look up those image closely.
 I am sorry, it’s not really my scope to explain what your condition is.
 The doctor will write the result of the images before I give it to you.

When is the image taken by the patient?


 When is it ready?
 When can i take the result?
 How long if i want to find out?
 It will be ready in 24 hour.
 You can come here tommorow to take it.

 You can take the result of images in the counter.
