It’s not necessary that the users visiting the website would purchase a
product. Visitors visiting the website regularly are more likely to make a
purchase.

Applied the filters:

1. age_group!=0
2. Time spent per visit > 1min
3. Customer Loyalty
4. Data for last 12 full months
Users are from which age group???
• From the visualization achieved by
extracting the age group data the first
insight gained suggested that majority of
the age group data was unspecified which
means almost 72% customers did not
mention their age.
• In order to improve the CRM i.e Customer
Relationship Management structure of the
Organization using customer
segmentation based on age group we
need to extract the unspecified data as it
can play a crucial role in understanding
the purchase behaviour of customers and
thus helping the organization develop new
strategies which can increase the sales of
products based on the segments created
Which customers are more loyal?
INFERENCE

A brief comparison between iOS customers and Android OS customers. Android customers are
more likely to leave the application, reason could be it’s poor GUI (User Interface). Still the
percentage of returning customers is higher in Android than iOS.

But, it could be also seen that more number of Android users are getting connected to the
application than iOS.

INFERENCE

• From the marketing channels analysis with the customer orders we


could see that Affiliates, Paid Search, Natural Search and Email played
a crucial role in the potential customers conversion process thus by
focusing the attention of the Marketing Department on these channels
can help in increasing sales of products.

• From the promotional analysis we can observe which promotional offer


is most widely used in different countries. It is also observed that
different promotions turn different number of visits into orders. So over
here disney visa® cardmembers save 20% off your purchase of $50 or
more is the most widely used promotional offer.
