School Reading Teacher
• School Reading Teachers shall report the number of learners tested
in every grade level as approved by the school heads, validated and
reviewed by PSDSs.
• Keeps a file of the important dates on the implementation of Project
READ.
• Reports concerns on the implementation to the School Reading
Coordinator so that appropriate Technical Assistance could be given
or could be sourced.
• Accesses and responds to links for the profiling, documentation and
reporting of the accomplishments.
School Reading Coordinator
• The School Reading Coordinator in coordination with the District
Reading Coordinator, School Head, and PSDS shall conduct Online
Orientation on the Reading Assessment Test/ Reading Intervention
Materials to the grade level teachers/ advisers online on or before
the scheduled Reading Assessment (Pretest)
• Coordinates with School Head, District Reading Coordinator all
Reading Implementation concerns so that appropriate TA could be
provided.
• Assures veracity of the reports submitted.
District Reading Coordinator
• The District Reading Coordinator in coordination with the PSDS shall
conduct Online Orientation on the Reading Assessment Test/ Reading
Intervention Materials to the grade level teachers/ advisers online on
or before the scheduled Reading Assessment (Pretest)
• Coordinates with PSDS all Reading Implementation concerns so that
appropriate TA could be provided or sourced.
• Assures veracity of the district reports submitted.
School Head
• Collaborates with stakeholders and teachers in the implementation
of Project READ.
• Supports implementation of Project READ.
• Identifies performing teachers and most supportive stakeholders.
• Assures proper implementation of Project READ.
PSDS
• Supports implementation of Project READ.
• Identifies performing teachers and most supportive stakeholders in
the district.
• Assures proper implementation of Project READ.
• Refers to SDO and DTWG concerns on the implementation of Project
READ.
Division TWG
• Assures support in the provision of TA to school and district concerns
presented to the Office
• Schedules monitoring of schools in the implementation.
• Documents implementation of Project READ
