Marsupium- a pouch that protects eggs, offspring, or


reproductive structures, especially the pouch of a female
marsupial mammal.
Placenta- a flattened circular organ in the uterus of pregnant
eutherian mammals, nourishing and maintaining the fetus through
the umbilical cord.

Metamorphosis- a process of great physical change and


development.
