Regarding marketing
After the improvement plan is carried out, it will be implemented. Make
offers or discounts of the products every month.
-Create added value to the product or modify some new characteristic.
- Provide the customer with improvements, new utilities and new uses
with the product.
- Expand the product line.
- Provide the client with different services such as product advice, door-
to-door delivery, handling payment varieties.
- Reduce the price of one of the products in order to attract customers
and publicize the company.
- Regarding distribution, create a web page to offer the products, by
phone, or door-to-door sales in the city or in towns.
- Manage sales intermediaries through catalogs, to achieve greater
market coverage

In the analysis of the operation that is carried out, the option as a methodology of
working on "work sampling" is reached, known as activity sampling or statistical
control of activities. This technique allows us to determine, through statistical
sampling and random observations, the percentage of occurrence of a certain
activity. The methodology is the process in which the diagnostic guidelines will be
given, carefully verifying the flaw in which the proposal to improve operability is
made within the process, they are carried out in 6 steps:
1- Select activities to observe
2- Calculate the time proportion of the activity or delay (P)
3- Calculate the number of observations with the desired accuracy and the value
of (Z), for the desired confidence level.
