TEAM DUTIES


Event Managers perform tasks such as finding and booking venues, liaising with clients and suppliers, handling
logistics, managing budgets and invoicing, organizing accreditation, managing risk, and presenting post-event reports.
Event Planner coordinators plan everything from weddings to large expos and trade shows. Event coordinators control
an event from conception to clean up. They meet with clients to work out event details, plan with the client and their
team, scout and book locations, food, entertainment, staff and cleanup Coordinate Schedules
 
Organizers 
-maintain regular communication with clients, both prospective and existing, to arrange visits or meetings, schedule
organization tasks, and reply to any queries they may have. They ensure that schedules are coordinated to avoid clashing

Designers. This is a senior level position, and requires usually requires extensive previous experience in the industry.
Many Production Designers work as freelancers, and must secure their own projects. Because of the specialized nature of
the job, employment of Production Designers is slow but steady.
