We will be creating film posters, so you will need to:

Analyse the connotation and meaning of two film posters.

Design a plan for a film poster (Todays lesson).

Take original images for a film posters – in the studio.

Use Photoshop to construct a film poster.


Analysing a Poster

There are some key elements you need to identify when


analysing a film poster.

Title
Star – name of star and position
Billing Block – names of credit key cast and crew.
Image Background
Focal Image
