A source of concern worry and insecurity for
multimodal users during a pandemic
There are still fellow bus, transjakarta bus, and KRL users who do not comply with the health
protocol, for example still crammed and not keeping their distance
Angkot and KRL users are still crowded, especially during the hours of leaving and coming home
from work
Strategies for dealing with worries and insecurities

Implement strict health protocols (double masks and hand sanitizers)

Bring your own helmet if you take an online motorcycle taxi, choose an angkot that is empty of
passengers even though you have to wait longer, choose to take the KRL from the first departure station
to avoid crowding.
Coming home early to avoid crowds during work hours, choosing to take the KRL from the first departure
station to avoid cramming even though it is a bit far from home.
Departing and returning from work is not like normal working hours to avoid crowds at the time of
departure and return.
Depart early because there are restrictions on transjakarta bus passengers,
Bring your own helmet when riding an online motorcycle taxi, looking for a suitable seat
Quiet.
Take the train when it's low on users (weekends)
Conclusions and suggestions

• pandemic conditions caused changes in mobility

• it is necessary to regulate and enforce rules related to pandemic
situations
• need for integration in transportation modes to support the
effectiveness and efficiency of time and energy for multimodal
transportation users.
