In Trust, the program gives accurate information to
the public. The program is being trusted by the people
because of giving truthfulness to the viewers. Truth
and Accuracy, the information of the program is really
sincere and trustworthy, like what information they
gather is also what they have been released to the
public.
Impartiality, they give people equal opportunity to
express their opinion. They treat everyone fairly. In
Transparency , the information is understandable to
the audience and viewers because they gathered huge
information to deliver the approriate and accurate
news to the public.
Fairness , they inform the public about contreversial
issues regarding to those matters. The program gives
respect to the interviewd perso. They respect what
they wanted to say, they gave truth and fairness to the
people.

TV Patrol Bicol is the local news network broadcast of
the ABS-CBN Regional Network Group for the Bicol
Region. The newscast is done in a tabloid-style format.
This program deliverers news headlines about the
current events in the Bicol Region and in other places
nationwide using the Central Bikolano language as a
medium of delivery.
As a student watching TV Patrol Bikol news I can say
that they give us Bicolanos good service, realistic news
and timely. There may also be other stations that are
also suitable for timely news but they are focused on
general news in our country while Tv Patrol Bicol is
different from the news they share. Because they are
only focused on our City.

Through the consistent program ,24 oras this tv
Program were patronized and trusted by the viewers
because they delivered it correctly with the
information they gathered through interviewed and
through research before airing to the tv.
In my own opinion and insights in this program to the
anchors and reporters was impressive because they
can delivered it correctly, clearly and Understable by
the audience during the public airing.
Also, they can airing all the news we are wanted to
know fairly without covering up in short they have the
transparency for the audience to be trusted by the
people.

The efficiency part of their program is their flow. They deliver
news with such professionalism that they can squeeze their
news in that 45-minute program. Furthermore, their
efficiency doesn't stop there for it also brings its efficacy to
rise in which the news are understood by the general public.
Speaking of which, this program uses English as its language
of delivery. This might be a no-go for most of our citizens but
Mr. Hizon still do use Filipino every now and then but since
most of the news deals with the health statuses of the world,
he tends to use the international language which is English.
Objectivity, transparency, and efficiency Looking at their news
coverage, it is safe to say that there news are objective.
The writers don't interpret the details to their liking,
thus bringing us news with words only to deliver the
content with as much transparency as they can. They
don't just pick news just to satisfy a certain group of
audience but rather, they pick contemporary issues
and urgent issues that the public needs to know and
health related news are certainly not to be overlooked.
A dose of freedom. As the show continued to air
especially in the first stages of the pandemic, Mr. Hizon
delivered constant updates regarding the situation of
not just our country but the other nations as well. He
stated on one of the episodes that the word freedom
comes in from time to time to cater different issues.
Before, it went with the freedom of media but now we
all need the freedom, we need to be free from the
clutches of the virus. Get your dose of freedom by being
vaccinated do what you need to do, what we need to do

air every monday to friday on (Radyo 5) 92.3 News Fm
by hosted of Raffy Tulfo and Sharee Roman. They also
show in One Ph and networks thru facebook and
youtube accounts. This programs are segments of
compliants thru the respondents. They give justice who
are aggrieved in the situation. They Unprecedented in
Public Service and true protector of the oppressed. I've
leaned a lot in every problems encountered in this
shows whether in family circle, OFW, local workers and
other significant problems
They help people who were in need of helps whether,
financial, emotional and spiritual. This program are
giving information to all in what are some news are
not giving attention thru out of our country or in this
country. A news that have a solution and give a justice.
