17 Bidding Documents
17.1. Bidding Documents at least consist of: b. The Technical Bid Document according to the technical requirements
set consists of:
a. Administration Offers;
1) Work execution methods for complex work and/or jobs designated
b. Technical Offer; and for large business qualifications;
c. Bid. 2) List of main equipment contents along with:
(a) proof of ownership of equipment (eg STNK, BPKB, invoice) for
17.2. Bidding Documents include: equipment with self-owned status;

a. Administrative Bid Documents consist of: (b) proof of lease payment (e.g. advance invoice, installment) for
equipment with lease purchase status; and/or
1) Offer Letter (as stated in the SPSE);
(c) a letter of rental agreement along with proof of ownership/control
2) Original Bid Guarantee; (if required) over the equipment from the lessor for equipment with lease status;
3) Joint Operation Agreement (if the participant is in the form of a 3) List of managerial personnel along with a list of work experience or
KSO); work references from service users;
4) Fill in the list of jobs to be subcontracted, and/or nomination of
specialist service sub-providers, and/or nomination of local provincial
small sub-providers (if required),
5) Construction Safety Plan (RKK) which consists of:
a) SMKK elements; and
b) Construction Safety Commitment Pact;
6) Other required documents (if any).
