• Kegagalan Bangunan adalah suatu keadaan keruntuhan bangunan dan/atau
tidak berfungsinya bangunan setelah penyerahan akhir hasil Jasa Konstruksi
(UNDANG-UNDANG REPUBLIK INDONESIA NOMOR 2 TAHUN 2017 TENTANG JASA
KONSTRUKSI)
