 MARWAR LIFESTYLE is situated in a centrally located mall of jodhpur.

 It opened on 9th July 2010.

 The store has a variety of products such as garments, crockery etc.

 A small area of the store is dedicated for a coffee shop which is at the end
of the store.

 They are planning there next project in Chennai and Bangalore.

 80% of the sales of the store depend on the locals of jodhpur.

 They don’t have any middlemen in there distribution channel.


They directly purchase products from the manufacturers.

 Mainly there products are exported from Germany and


Belgium.

 They have franchisee of tribal zone for jewellery.

 They also have franchisee of cheemo, brand for high range


hand bags.

Store operations

 The timings of the store are 10a.m.to 10p.m.


 The promoters are responsible for buying the merchandise from various
places.
 Manager of the store is one who take cares of all the areas like training the
employees, providing proper customer service. She reports to the owners of
the store.
 Assistant manager in responsible for managing the merchandise in the store.
 There is one cashier who do the billing and then maintain the records of the
sales.
 There are 11 people on the floor who are responsible for helping the
customers in the store. They also keep on floor check so that there is no
shoplifting.
 There is a weekly meeting of all the employees of the store to discuss about
the weekly sales, customer response towards the products, and feedback of
the customers.
