Proverbs 2:6
"For the Lord gives WISDOM;
From His mouth come
KNOWLEDGE and
UNDERSTANDING;"
Matthew 7
v24. "Therefore whoever hears these
sayings of Mine, and does them, I will
liken him to a WISE man who build his
house on the rock:
v25. "and the rain descended, and the
floods came, and the winds blew and
beat on that house; and it did not fall,
for it was founded on the rock.
v26. "But everyone who hears these
sayings of Mine, and does not do them,
will be like a foolish man who built his
house on the sand:
v27. and the rain descended, and the
floods came, and the winds blew and
beat on that house; and it fell. And
great was its fall."
v28. And so it was, when Jesus had
ended these sayings, that the
people were astonished at His
teaching,
v29. for He taught them as one
having authority, and not as the
scribes.
James 1:5
If any of you lacks wisdom, let
him ask of God, who gives to
all liberally and without
reproach, and it will be given
to him.
Proverbs 2
v1. My son, if you receive my
words, And treasure my
commands within you,
v2. So that you incline your ear
to wisdom, And apply your heart
to understanding;
v3. Yes, if you cry out for discernment,
And lift up your voice for
understanding,
v4. If you seek her as silver, And search
for her as for hidden treasures;
v5. Then you will understand the fear
of the Lord, And find the knowledge of
God.

 Why we need
to have wisdom?
1. Wisdom is a proof that the Holy
Spirit is in you or you are saved.
2. God's work can be accomplished
by the people of God with wisdom.
3. Wisdom enables us to
understand the Bible.
4. Wisdom will keep you from sins.
5. We need wisdom in our work and
decision making.
6. God's widom comforts and
protects you from all fear and
worry.
