It is one that promotes emotional
intelligence. In addition, they are
transversal or socio-emotional skills,
focused on developing certain values and
traits that promote communication and
effective relationship of a person with
those around him and must have the
following skills:
 Teamwork.
 Empathy.
 Adaptation.
 Conflict resolution.
 Communication, among others.
HARD
SKILLS
They are those skills that can be learned through
training and evaluated and accredited through
certification or professional experience. Among the
most typical hard skills we find many skills that we are
taught from school, such as foreign languages or
computer skills (for example, knowing how to use MS
Office). During the development of our professional
career or training period, we tend to continuously
acquire new hard skills.

certifiable:
 Languages
 Bachelor's degrees, training, certificates
 Accounting
 Typing
 Machinery handling
 Programming languages
 Software knowledge
