The document discusses Bloom's Taxonomy, which is a classification of learning objectives into different levels, from lower order thinking skills to higher order thinking skills. It provides the levels of Bloom's revised taxonomy - remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating. It then gives an example of moving from lower to higher order thinking levels by teaching about different fruits.
